How a Classon kit gets made
Most suppliers hand you a fixed catalog and let you work around it. We start from your syllabus and build backwards — which is how we ran our own schools for almost ten years.

Module list, hours, board requirements, how many students start each term. If you only have a rough outline, that is enough to begin — we have written these programs ourselves.
Typical turnaround: a first draft kit spec within three business days.

Every item is chosen against a module you actually teach. You see what is in it, what each piece costs you, and where the margin sits if you resell kits to students.
You get consumables split out separately, so restocking never gets bundled into a new kit purchase.

One complete kit ships to your campus before anything goes into production. Your instructors handle it, and anything they would not put in a student's hands gets swapped.
Swaps at the sample stage are free — we would rather change it now than have it sit unused in a storeroom.

Kits arrive boxed per student and labeled for your intake, not in bulk cartons your staff have to break down. Consumables restock on a schedule you set.
Warehousing on both sides of the border — cross-border freight is handled in-house.

Why we do this
For almost ten years our team operated trade and vocational programs. We know which kit items get used in week one and which sit in a cupboard until they expire, because we paid for both.
